Refund policy
Returns
Our 10-day return policy allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. Returns are valid only within the United States. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
Contact us at team@weareokay.com to start a return. After approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note
Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items upon receipt. For defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to address and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Certain goods like perishable items, custom products, and personal care goods are non-returnable. This also applies to hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns of sale items, gift cards, and international orders are not accepted.
Exchanges
For a different item, return the original and once the refund is processed, place a new order.
Refunds
We will inform you once we’ve processed your returned item. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
