An Okay Hit

Okay Bears ventured into the world of gaming with an experimental custom map in Fortnite and the response was massive. The map quickly became a hit, attracting over 3 million plays and more than 2 million unique players. Even Epic Games algorithm took notice, selecting it for their prestigious Epic Picks feature.

This experiment brought the Okay Bears message and art into the Fortnite universe, creating an engaging experience that blended the brand’s creativity with the game’s immersive world.

In collaboration with Creators Corp (+link), the map came to life with the playful and distinctive Okay Bears identity. Their expertise in gaming, combined with our community-driven IP, delivered something that stood out visually and kept thousands of players engaged at the same time. It set a new standard for what community creativity can look like inside Fortnite.

The map has already become a stage for high-profile tournaments. In December 2023, it hosted a competition featuring professional players and streamer Peach Cobbler (+link), complete with a $10,000 prize pool. The momentum continued into January 2024, when sixteen of the most renowned NFT collections faced off on the map for a $20,000 prize pool — drawing significant attention across the Web3 ecosystem.
